- We are the only freestanding pediatric healthcare system in Georgia and one of the largest pediatric healthcare systems in the country, with 789 licensed beds.
- Our System includes three hospitals—Hughes Spalding Hospital, Scottish Rite Hospital and our new Arthur M. Blank Hospital—Marcus Autism Center, the Center for Advanced Pediatrics, as well as urgent care centers and neighborhood locations.
- We have three of the busiest pediatric emergency departments in the nation. Children’s has the only Level 1 pediatric trauma center and one of the only Level 2 pediatric trauma centers in Georgia.
- We offer specialty, urgent and emergency medical care in over 60 subspecialties, and manage more than 1.1 million patient visits annually, including 178,800 Urgent Care visits and 44,400 surgical procedures.
- Through partnerships with Emory University, Morehouse School of Medicine, Georgia Institute of Technology and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Children’s actively participates in novel research that is transforming pediatric medicine worldwide.
